O Boticário is a Brazilian cosmetics and perfume company.
In 1977, the O Boticário Compounding Pharmacy was founded in Curitiba, Paraná. In 1980 the brand opened its first franchise and two years later opened its first factory. In 1985, the company opened its first store in Portugal and in 1987 it opened its thousandth unit.
Present in 15 countries, it has been developing products with technology, quality and sophistication for over 40 years — its portfolio has more than 850 perfumery, makeup and personal care items.
